在新的“回国潮”冲击之下,超过70%的中国留学生都选择回国就业。调查显示,中国海归回国后第一份工作的年薪普遍不高,其中36.5%起薪不足4万,67.2%起薪不足6万。部分海归表示,回国后找工作并不容易,想要进入世界五百强企业、大型国企和科研机构的难度越来越大,自身对薪酬的要求也趋于理性。海归的收入差距更是十分明显,决策层与普通职员的年收入差距近30万。调查显示,大部分海归都是平均年收入为8.3万的普通白领;少部分人成功考取公务员,平均年收入为14.6万;只有极少数人能够进入知名企业或机构担任主管、经理级别的重要职位,平均年收入可达22.3万;而能够进入决策层,成为公司CEO、合伙人、企业主,年收入高达45万以上的人,更是凤毛麟角。造成海归收入差距显著的原因有很多,包括个人背景、性别、工作性质、工作年限等等。而工作经验则成为影响海归薪酬最主要的原因,那些在大企业身居要职、收入在20万以上的海归基本都有数年、甚至数十年的工作经验。无论是工作几年后再选择海外充电、还是毕业之后先在海外积累工作经验再回国就业,他们都能更加顺利地进入一些知名企业或是大机构,事业起点比那些完全没有工作经验的海归要更高一层。
