　　5日下午，中共中央政治局常委、国务院副总理李克强与来自最基层的18名乡村医生座谈，听取意见。

　　目前，中国农村活跃着110多万乡村医生，直接服务亿万农牧民，李克强十分关心他们的境况。座谈中，有关方面负责人汇报了乡村医疗卫生机构改革发展情况，从贵阳市自愿到黔西南州山村当村医的钟晶谈了村医面临的风险大、收入低、培训少等方面的问题，其他代表也纷纷谈了自己行医的困难和建议。

　　李克强边听边问，并要求有关部门就反映的问题去实地调查，对村医的收入政策要落实到位、不留缺口；对大家普遍担心的医疗风险问题，要研究建立相关机制，解除后顾之忧。他说，大家的意见对深化医改很有意义。新一轮医改实施3年多了，改革的重点就是保基本、强基层、建机制，这几个方面都与你们密切相关，也正是通过广大医务人员特别是基层医生的辛勤努力，医改取得了明显成效，国家这项惠民工程的好处才真正落到了基层广大群众的身上。我们的医疗卫生事业还要继续向前发展，医改还要不停歇地向纵深推进，最基层的医疗卫生服务是整个医疗卫生服务的“网底”，只能加厚加牢而不能削弱。乡村医生是这个“网底”的卫士，要帮助他们改善执业条件、解决实际困难，留住他们，保障“网底”不破。

　　李克强最后说，身体健康是工作和生活的基础，希望大家在行医执业中，保护好自身的健康，更希望你们的日子一天一天好起来。对身有残疾的周月华医生、患有尿毒症的李前峰医生，李克强叮嘱有关方面给予关怀帮助。
