　　检察机关工作人员说，以往“地沟油”将下水道口中的油腻漂浮物或泔水回收后需进行多次过滤和沉淀，才能使“油”清澈。而用废弃油脂加工的食用猪油只需将废弃油脂倒入锅中熬煮即可，加工工具只需一个土灶和一口锅，无需任何生产技术。
