刘女士因患子宫肌瘤在房山某医院做手术后病情恶化，转院治疗后右侧卵巢及子宫被全部切除。认为房山某医院在手术中存在重大过失，刘女士遂将其诉至法院，要求赔偿各项损失59万余元，并退红包1000元。近日房山法院审理后判决医院赔偿9000余元，驳回刘女士的其他诉讼请求。
