近日，沈阳市食品药品监督管理局就《沈阳市开办药品零售企业验收实施细则》的有关条款进行了调整。要求新开办的单体药店和药品零售连锁门店(包括县以上和县以下地区)必须配备执业药师，且其法定代表人或者企业负责人必须由执业药师担任。
