一次普通的输液，47岁的生命就戛然而止。去年12月31日上午，福建女子黄亚者因感冒到朝阳金盏区黎各庄村内的北京鼎成中医门诊部输液，结果出现异常，被送往263医院后抢救无效身亡。昨天，朝阳区卫生局表示，该门诊没有相关备案、登记，属于黑诊所。目前，朝阳区卫生局和朝阳警方已介入调查。
