昨天早上8点左右，北京医院的网络系统再次瘫痪，导致挂号、开处方等工作被迫暂停近2小时，有病人的看诊记录无法调取，需要医生重新诊断。据了解，前天下午该院的网络系统同样发生故障，抢修12个小时后才恢复。
