中新网杭州1月29日电 (记者 徐小勇 何蒋勇 张慧慧)“挂号费上去了，零差价的药却没怎么降价，这等于让老百姓遭受了‘双重挤压’。”在此间举行的浙江省“两会”上，浙江省人大代表、宁波市李惠利医院院长周建庆认为，药品零差价措施压缩了医院的利润空间，但没有压缩药商和中介商的利润空间，招标的药品价格比药店的零售价格还要高，导致政府、医院、老百姓面临一个“三输”的局面。
