  世界卫生组织1月31日发布一份新的食盐摄取指南,建议成年人每日食盐摄取量应低于5克。这份文件指出,成年人每日钠元素摄取量应低于2000毫克,即食盐摄取量应低于5克,而钾元素摄取量应至少3510毫克。
