前天，中国红十字会常务副会长赵白鸽表示，最快本月底，人体“器官捐献”工作将从19个试点省份向全国推广。作为第二批试点，河南在2011年7月被批准，开始接受器官捐献，截至目前，河南共有47人捐献器官，挽救了151人性命。
