黑龙江省卫生厅：春节期间医疗机构不得拒收推诿病人 Heilongjiang provincial health bureau:During the Spring Festival medical institutions must not refuse to shuffle the patient

　　为确保群众度过一个欢乐祥和的春节，近日，黑龙江省卫生厅下发通知，要求全省各医疗机构要保持急诊科(室)、入院、手术与重症监护病房“绿色通道”畅通，严禁以任何借口拒收或推诿病人。

To ensure that the masses have a happy and peaceful Spring Festival,recently,Heilongjiang provincial health bureau issued a notice,For the various medical institutions to keep emergency department(chamber)/admission/Surgery and intensive care ward"Green channel"clear,It is strictly prohibited to any excuse rejection or shuffle patients.

　　通知要求，节日期间，二级以上综合医院急诊科要保证24小时应诊，切实加强急诊室、手术室等医疗技术力量配备，值班医师必须具有主治医师以上职称、工作经验丰富，能够及时有效处置复杂疑难伤病。各类急救设备和药品、器械要储备齐全完好。要保持急诊科(室)、入院、手术与重症监护病房“绿色通道”畅通，做好孕产妇、婴幼儿等重点人群的医疗保障，加强因交通事故致伤人员、燃放鞭炮炸伤人员和急性酒精中毒患者的医疗救治工作。要提高救治能力和水平，认真落实首诊负责制，严禁以任何借口拒收或推诿病人。(记者 张焱)
