　　市质监局出台的相关指导意见提出，食品生产加工作坊不得接受其他企业的委托生产食品；禁止向食堂、连锁经营的集中交易市场、超市销售生产加工的食品；禁止生产国家产业政策严格控制的产品，如白酒、葡萄酒、乳制品等。

　　食品生产企业如出现6种情形，将被吊销食品生产许可证。包括：故意使用非法添加物或非食品原料生产食品，或者在食品中添加食品添加剂以外的化学物质和其他可能危害人体健康的物质；故意生产地沟油；故意在食品生产中掺杂、掺假，以假充真，以次充好，比如掺假食用植物油脂、牛羊肉、蜂蜜、绿豆糕、藕粉、芝麻酱、调味品等食品；故意将超过保质期的食品再加工生产等。
