复旦大学公共卫生学院何纳教授领衔的艾滋病研究课题组首次综合运用流行病学、分子生物学及行为网络理论等多学科方法，并深入现场，历经3年多艰辛，对100名已感染艾滋病病毒的男男性行为者和与之发生性接触的1534名男男性行为者进行溯源追踪调查，最终发现男男性行为人群艾滋病病毒的行为和分子传播新机制。

　　何纳课题组通过艰辛工作，成功地绘制出以艾滋病病毒感染者为核心的“男男性行为人群性行为网络图”和“艾滋病传播链图”，结合基因亚型分析，清晰地阐明了男男性行为人群中艾滋病传播的行为和分子机制。何纳认为，为防控艾滋病进一步蔓延，国家相关部门在加大力度宣传“男男性行为者应进一步减少性伙伴和推广使用安全套”的基础上，采取更加切实可行的干预措施，如进一步扩大男男性行为人群的艾滋病病毒检测，尽早发现传染源，尽早启动抗艾滋病病毒治疗措施，以降低感染者体内艾滋病病毒数，从而达到降低传染性的目的。(首席记者 施捷 通讯员 孙国根）
