记者从国家人口计生委获悉： 我国出生人口性别比持续偏高30余年，从2009年开始，连续4年下降。根据国家统计局发布的数据，2012年我国出生人口性别比下降到117.7，表明我国近年来为遏制出生人口性别比失衡开展的综合治理措施取得一定成效。
