今天，全国政协委员、北京市朝阳糖尿病医院院长王执礼在接受记者采访时提出，希望能对民营医院25%的企业所得税进行下调，参照高新企业按15%所得税率征收，以此支持社会资本进入医疗机构，促进国民医疗体系的完整。
