制药巨头赛诺菲在近日向美国证监会提交的文件中披露，美国司法部正就该公司旗下的明星药物波立维的披露内容展开调查，目前赛诺菲并未就该调查本身透露更多的内容，而此前FDA曾经就该药对部分患者的疗效问题在其标签上予以警示，并且美国多个州就赛诺菲该问题的披露提起了诉讼。而该药物虽已过专利保护期，却在中国拥有不错的销售业绩。
