　　据了解，此次专项整治的对象是医疗、药品、医疗器械、保健食品广告以及宣称具有治疗作用的保健用品广告。清理检查范围包括各类报纸、期刊、广播电台、电视台；以及大型门户类网站、搜索引擎类网站、医疗药品信息服务类网站、医药企业及医疗机构自设网站。整治的重点是有关媒体和网站发布的医药广告、信息，开办的各类专题类健康资讯节目、栏目。清理整治内容主要是：广告内容超出批准的功能主治和保健功能，宣传包治百病、适合所有症状以及治愈率的；使用患者、医学专家、科研机构等名义证明疗效或者保证治愈，以及冒用公众人物的形象和名义做宣传的；夸大产品功效，宣传保健食品、保健用品、消毒产品具有治疗疾病作用的；利用医药资讯专版、专题节目等形式，以专家讲座、医学探秘、患者讲述用药治病经历等方式，变相发布医药广告，推销医药产品与服务的；未经卫生、食品药品监管部门审查批准，非法发布医疗、药品、医疗器械、保健食品广告的；利用大众传播媒介发布处方药广告的。
