《江西省动物防疫条例》今天(5月1号)起正式施行。

　　《条例》规定，染疫动物及其排泄物、染疫动物产品，病死或者死因不明的动物尸体，运载工具中的动物排泄物以及垫料、包装物、容器等污染物，应当按照国家有关规定处理，不得随意处置。不按照国家规定处置的，由动物卫生监督机构责令无害化处理，所需处理费用由违法行为人承担，可以处1000元以上3000元以下罚款；藏匿、转移、盗掘已被依法隔离、封存、处理的动物和动物产品的，由动物卫生监督机构责令改正，处1000元以上3000元以下罚款；情节严重的，处3000元以上1万元以下罚款。(记者蔡福津)
