在叶家发看来,郭家富酒店项目的资金危机主要是其对房地产行业不熟悉的缘故造成。现在地产开发商几乎都只有30%左右的自筹资金,其余资金都是利用银行渠道融资。而近期媒体报道称,郭家富的江津酒店项目全是自筹资金,是郭家富自有资金和民间融资筹来的。叶家发坦承:“项目大概已经投了2亿多,老四(郭家富)确实没向银行借一分钱。”
