本报防城港7月28日电（记者王炜）在资金压力大、工程进度要求高的情况下，保障房质量是否过关备受关注。广西防城港市为确保工程质量安全，确保把保障房建成放心房，严格抓好工程项目质量监管。今年以来，防城港市对保障性安居工程项目进行了3次专项检查，对存在质量安全隐患的项目坚决处理，共下发了7份停工整改通知书、13份质量安全改进建议书，对4个项目进行了登报批评，暂停了2个责任单位在防城港参加投标的资格，并推行质量终身责任制，绝不让监管流于形式。
