7月30日，广州市人大常委会听取和审议了广州市及本级2012年上半年预算执行情况的报告。广州市财政局局长袁锦霞透露，今年上半年，广州全市国有土地出让金收入94.58亿元，同比下降42.2%，减收69.05亿元，完成年度预算的21.37%。
