　　8月9日，中国房地产开发商保利地产(600048,股吧)(600048.SH)发布了7月销售数据，相比6月的高峰，进入淡季的7月后销售有所回落。但与万科A（000002.SZ）等房企积极拿地不同，保利7月在土地市场竟然零斩获。
