大渡口区陈先生：刚买了一套房子，上个月装修时发现墙壁局部存在质量问题，只要用手轻轻一划，水泥就往下掉。

　　该楼盘施工单位现场负责人涂先生表示，陈先生所在的6号楼的部分混凝土结构的墙壁，确实存在水泥不牢固的现象，原因是用水泥粉刷后，须要定期泼水维护，但有工人未按要求进行维护，才造成这种情况，今后一定会吸取教训。
