近日，北大发布《中国民生发展报告2012》称，全国2011年家庭的平均住房面积为116.4平方米，人均住房面积为36平方米，2011年全国家庭现住房完全自有率为84.7%。看到这组数据，笔者一声叹息，只能自嘲拖了后腿。如今，在众多市民仍呼吁买不起房的提前下，我们被告知平均一个家庭拥有一套典型的改善型三房单位，究竟是“住房难”问题解决了，还是我们“被平均”了？
