　　自1995年以来，米林农场一直是福建省对口援建单位。2007年以来，龙岩市作为米林农场对口支援单位，始终把米林农场的发展当作义不容辞的责任，努力为农场各项事业的发展提供力所能及的帮助和支持。据悉，米林农场“嘎玛花园”职工住宅小区项目是米林农场重要的民生工程项目，项目规划总面积20000平方米，总建筑占地面积4111平方米，总建筑面积13182平方米,规划建设职工住房9栋92套、公建配套用房4栋，居住人口400人。项目总投资2500万元，第一期建设职工住房4栋，预计投资1100万元，其中援藏资金900万元；第二期建设职工住房5栋，公建配套用房4栋,预计投资1400万元。一期工程计划于今年春节前投入使用，二期工程计划于明年底完工。
