　　温福新苑小区一共有11幢楼，1、3号楼靠街边，楼下设有店面，其中有7家为餐馆。记者在小区内发现，这些餐馆在店铺后面安装了排放油烟的管道，管道直接接到小区的下水管道中，排油烟时，一阵阵的黑烟都从井盖里往外冒，正对着小区的居民楼，旁边绿化带有些灌木都被油烟熏死了。记者在楼下走了一圈，便感觉到头发和衣服都沾上很重的油烟味。而这样的排油烟口，仅1号楼前就有3个。
