省统计局8月14日发布的统计数据显示，随着货币政策预调微调力度加大以及开发商以价换量等因素的影响，我省房地产销售形势继续好转，销售面积降幅已连续两月收窄。但是，全省开发企业投资增幅仍然呈现持续回落态势。
