　　“创新中心”由武汉理工大学牵头，由地方交通运输行业主管部门、高校、科研机构、企业等18家单位共同创建，将通过人事管理、人才培养、科研组织、资源整合等方面的改革创新，建立多学科融合、多团队协同、多技术集成的重大研发与应用平台，构建协同创新的新模式与新机制。
