7月19日，由大连海事大学牵头，19家行业特色高校、科研院所和骨干企业联合组建的“海洋运输绿色与安全技术协同创新中心”在大连海事大学成立。创新中心将围绕“航行安全”、“高效航运”和“海洋环保”三大主题，在船舶动态测控与航海仿真、船舶节能及智能化、船舶通信导航、船舶与海洋结构物安全保障及应急处置和海洋污染控制五大主攻方向开展协同创新工作。
