　　据了解，“特殊区域公路大通道协同创新中心”是依托“绿色交通技术产学研协同创新联盟”，由长安大学牵头，联合行业内外的15家高校、科研院所和骨干企业共同成立的。中心将重点实施人事管理、人才培养、创新资源与要素会聚、科研组织与评价、协同创新体组织管理、国际交流与合作等六大重点领域的体制机制创新，进而实现特殊区域公路建设与养护、长大桥梁隧道建造、大型结构智能检测与监控、公路运行安全保障与应急处置、绿色公路环保与节能五大方向的技术跨越。
