记者从交通运输部水运局获悉，日前交通运输部正式发布《2011中国航运发展报告》（简称《报告》）。根据《报告》，2011年我国水上运输船舶总规模首次突破2亿载重吨，其中海运船队达到1.15亿载重吨，居世界第四位；全国港口完成货物吞吐量也首次突破100亿吨，集装箱吞吐量达1.64亿TEU，双双位居世界首位。

　　《报告》全面介绍了2011年水运行业发展状况。一是水运在综合运输体系中的地位进一步巩固，2011年全国水路完成货运量42亿吨、货物周转量7.5万亿吨公里，分别比上年增长12%和10%；水路货运量、货物周转量在综合运输体系中所占比重为11.5%和47.4%。二是港口发展规模不断扩大，全国港口完成货物吞吐量100.41亿吨，外贸货物吞吐量27.86亿吨，集装箱吞吐量1.64亿TEU，分别比上年增长12.4%、11.4%和12.0%，共有8个港口进入世界二十大集装箱港口行列。三是水运基础设施建设加快，全国港口拥有生产用码头泊位31968个，比上年年底增加334个，其中，万吨级及以上泊位1762个，比上年末增加101个；全国内河航道通航里程12.46万公里，比上年末增加370公里。四是运输船队规模继续较快增长，全国拥有水上运输船舶17.92万艘、21264.32万载重吨，分别比去年末增长0.5%和17.9%，我国海运船队吨位规模继续位列世界第四。五是提高行业管理和服务水平，加强市场监管，发布多项有关航运市场宏观调控措施，适度控制运力增长，规范市场秩序，引导市场健康发展。
