　　翟久刚介绍说，此次演练首次以航空器遇险水上迫降为背景展开海上搜救行动，演练内容更为丰富，组织合作更广泛，影响更深远，是海峡两岸海上搜救部门趋向常态化演练合作的一次有效尝试。翟久刚表示，此次演练在两岸海上搜救协作机制的基础上，进一步推进了两岸搜救部门的交流与合作，完善了两岸海上搜救协作与应急联络机制，建立更为全面的区域性互助救援体系，提高了海峡搜救的效率和质量，为台湾海峡水域的人命、财产和环境安全提供更加可靠的保障。

　　何易培介绍说，经过多年的努力和实践，福建省海上搜救中心在机制建设、能力建设和有关的制度完善上，基本满足福建沿海水上安全监管和应急处置的需要。在直航航线水上安全方面，福建海事局采取了全方面的措施：一是主动服务，保证准点；二是多措并举，确保安全；三是加强巡航和现场监管。
