　　据中国航海学会常务副理事长刘功臣介绍，近年来，中国航海保障能力不断增强，航标测绘行业从传统业务、传统技术向信息化、现代化、系统化和集成化的应用服务型发展，在保障航行安全、保护海洋环境、支持港口建设、应对海上突发事件、服务社会经济发展等方面发挥了重要作用。30年间，沿海港口航标逐渐“亮起来”，重要灯塔的灯光射程提高到20海里以上，太阳能、波能等新能源也得到运用。一大批射程在22海里以上的大型灯塔和15海里以上的中、小型灯塔建成后，基本构建起灯光交叉覆盖的“灯塔链”。现代化无线电导助航系统建设加强，以目视航标为主的传统助航系统实现了向目视航标与无线电航标相辅相成的现代化综合助航系统的重大转变。

　　针对航测未来发展，交通运输部海事局副局长李世新表示，我国沿海将逐步构建布局合理、层次分明、功能完善、性能可靠的综合航海保障体系，集成沿海航标导助航系统、航海图书系统、航海保障信息监测发布系统、海事航测应急反应系统等各类资源，为航海及其他海洋活动提供更为全面、及时、可靠和集成的综合航海保障服务。
