新修订出台的《国内水路运输管理条例》（以下简称《条例》）将于2013年1月1日起施行。11月2日，交通运输部在安徽合肥召开《条例》宣传贯彻大会，交通运输部副部长徐祖远指出，要以《条例》的颁布为契机，准确把握其基本原则和制度内涵，切实抓好贯彻实施，全面推进水路运输业健康发展。
