12月5日，《交通运输行业2009-2011年度企业社会责任发展报告》（简称《报告》）首发仪式在北京举行。该报告是专门研究中国交通运输行业企业社会责任问题的首个年度报告。

　　《报告》是大连海事大学企业社会责任与可持续发展研究所联合中国发展战略学研究会社会战略专业委员会共同完成的研究成果，阐述了2007年以来我国交通运输行业企业社会责任发展的历程、现状和问题，并以中国交通运输企业的社会责任发展为中心，提出了连续性年度报告的规划，由人民交通出版社出版发行。
