12月7日，“学习贯彻十八大精神，致力建设航运强国”报告会在上海海事大学举行，交通运输部党组成员、政策法规司司长何建中作《大力发展航运文化，致力建设航运强国》专题报告。学校800多名教职工、学生代表聆听了报告。
