日前，由工信部、科技部等单位指导，成都市人民政府等单位主办的中国IT“两会”（2012中国IT财富年会和中国信息主管年会）在成都举行。高速公路电子不停车收费系统在会上获得2012中国行业信息化最佳实践奖，进一步肯定了我国ETC应用的不断拓展和深化。

　　随着用户的增多，ETC高效、低碳的优势也更加凸显，它减少了停车次数，在节省油耗的同时提高了道路通行能力。截至今年6月底，全国24个省份建设开通了ETC收费，覆盖率达到20%，共建设符合国家标准的ETC车道3700余条，用户数量突破460万。据国家ITS中心副主任杨蕴介绍，不仅如此，ETC的拓展应用也在各地如火如荼地开展，其中停车场应用ETC已经在部分地区开展：今年10月，在北京首都机场T1、T2、T3航道楼已经开通了停车场ETC收费应用，而且基于ETC的停车场电子收费的相关技术标准正在制定当中。
