　　据了解，今年以来，全国各级海（水）上搜救中心共组织、协调搜救行动1859次，成功救助15562名遇险人员，搜救成功率达96.7%。在近几年重特大海上事故应急行动中，相关单位通力协作，成功处置了大连“7·16”事故、蓬莱“19-3”钻井平台事故等重特大溢油事故，以及“BARELI”轮触礁、韩国籍化学品船“雅典娜”轮沉没和“南方六号”轮搁浅等一系列重特大海（水）上突发事件。
