近日，交通运输部与公安部首次联合发布《机动车驾驶培训教学与考试大纲》（以下简称“新《大纲》”），并将于2013年1月1日起正式实施。新《大纲》贯穿素质教育理念，更注重安全文明驾驶意识的培训、实际道路驾驶能力的培养以及职业驾驶人素质的养成，在培训与考试内容上更注重实用性。
