　　为稳妥推进这项工作，交通运输部开展了码头油气回收示范工程，以在全国港口加以推广。2011年，交通运输部将中化兴中石油转运（舟山）有限公司岙山原油码头和营口港鲅鱼圈成品油码头确定为全国沿海港口码头油气回收的示范工程。其中，中化兴中舟山示范工程计划投资9300余万元，建成后预计每年可回收原油油气900万立方米，治理污染物非甲烷总烃4959吨，减少碳排放15585吨；回收油气作为补充能源进入锅炉燃烧支持码头日常生产蒸汽需要，预计每年节约燃油6227吨，折合标准煤8896吨。经估算，投资动态回收期约为12年。
