交通运输部水运局日前发布的2012年国内沿海货运船舶运力情况分析报告显示，2012年沿海干散货船新建船的吨位数为520万载重吨，比2011年高峰时的842万载重吨有较大幅度下降，这是从2008年开始爆发式增长后首次出现下降。随着前期订单陆续交船投入营运，加上航运企业普遍对新造船持谨慎态度，预计2013年新建量将进一步回落，有助于缓解运力过剩问题。

　　据统计，截至2012年年底，从事国内沿海运输的万吨以上干散货船共计1618艘、4940万载重吨，平均船龄为8.2年，运力规模比2011年增长15.2%，增幅比2011年的24.2%有较大幅度下降。在新建船舶势头减缓的同时，老旧运输船舶也加快退出市场，2012年共有11艘、22万载重吨的老旧船强制报废，另有21艘、36万载重吨未达到报废船龄的老旧船提前淘汰。

　　截至2012年年底，从事国内沿海跨省运输的油船为1290艘、982万载重吨，运力规模同比增长11.4%；化学品船为261艘、99.7万载重吨，运力规模同比增长17.9％；液化气船共67艘、17.5万载重吨，运力规模同比增长13.7%。报告还首次统计了沿海集装箱运力情况。截至2012年年底，从事国内沿海运输的700标箱以上集装箱船共计149艘，总箱位数44.8万标箱，平均船龄为12.5年。
