企业分拣作业时，不得野蛮分拣，严禁抛扔、踩踏或者以其他方式造成快件（邮件）损毁；企业应当在承诺的时限内完成快件（邮件）的投递……修订后的《快递市场管理办法》（简称《办法》）对经营主体、快递服务、快递安全等作了详细规定，3月1日起施行。
