记者从全国政协十二届一次会议提案组获悉，会议共收到提案5641件，截至3月9日中午，已经审查立案5358件。据不完全统计，本次会议提案涉及交通运输方面的有200多件。

　　全国政协提案委员会办公室副主任、十二届一次会议提案组副组长刘晓冰介绍，200多件涉及交通运输的提案关注点各不相同，主要包括加快区域、城乡交通一体化发展步伐；加强城市交通规划建设和管理，优先发展公共交通，建设城市轨道交通，发展个人出租车市场；加快统筹规划，缓解城市交通拥堵；尽快修订《道路交通安全法》，加大交通法规执行和违规处罚力度；完善农村公路交通标志等问题。

　　本次会议共有2712件提案通过网络提交，约占总提案数的一半，远高于十一届五次会议的27%。
