  游庆仲建议,继续大力推进船型标准化,尤其要提高船舶的环保技术标准,把环保作为门槛提升船舶的整体性能。“实际上,大家在这方面很有积极性。有些船舶公司很愿意少用或不用污染较重的柴油,改用LNG清洁能源。”但将船舶改造成使用LNG清洁能源,需要先期投入,船主落实一次性改造经费困难较大。对此,游庆仲认为,政府相关部门应抓紧出台船舶安全技术标准,与石油石化企业联动,采用与市场相结合、主要依靠企业的方式,加快推进一批示范工程建设。
