　　全国政协教科文卫体委员会副主任张文康介绍，我国儿童接近3亿人,儿童就诊量也增多，北京儿童医院今年夏季日门诊量已达到1万人次以上。但实际上儿童专用药品却比较缺乏，一些特殊药品甚至出现供应短缺。
