　　根据检察机关指控，许晓鸣在2001年9月到2011年2月，担任上海交通大学副校长、上海理工大学校长期间，利用主管校产等职务便利，收受兰先德、钱某、朱某等人113万元人民币。其中，涉嫌收受原交大昂立股份有限公司总裁兰先德的股份分红款88万元，涉嫌收受交大科技园原总经理钱某15万元，涉嫌收受上海南广电子科技有限公司朱某1.5万美元。案发后，许晓鸣退赔了所有赃款。
