第二件事情就是社区大学怎么办呢?希望你们把课堂办到每一条街道去,你们在数字化方面做了大量工作,但是数字化的课堂就是一个有着鲜活生命的人面对一台机器学习,虽然这台机器能赋予我们知识,但是失去了人与人的交流。教育不能失去人与人的交流,真正意义上人和人所构成的课堂是具有丰满的学习机理,也有真正意义上的学习逻辑,也赋予我们对教育真谛的追求,而不是一般意义上的获取知识而已。比如同学的交流、心理碰撞,共同价值的认同等等这些都是教育其中应有之意。所以人人对话和人机对话是不一样的。因此希望我们社区大学应该向欧洲学习,将社区大学课堂而不是机器,把它遍布于这座城市的每一条街道。第二希望你们课程设置一定要走进生活、走进百姓,赋予我们城市人民应有的智慧,比如应该给人民教会他脚下土地过去的历史,比如教会我们的孩子有多少植物,让他们知道这座城市曾经诞生了多少诗人。要让孩子们知道每个月有多少云彩,这些云彩是多么美,爱国不是一个口号,是现实,是细节。因此我们的课程设置应该走进课堂,走进百姓,走进生活,我们不能以仅仅学历培训或者提高他们的学历来判断我们的教育失败、成功与否。
