本报讯（记者 李丽萍）今后，北京市所有家有0～6岁儿童的家庭，只要用手机编写“姓名+孩子生日”发送到指定的短信平台（13611076390），每周就可以收到一份与自家孩子周龄一致的约3000字的全面育儿指导。这是北京市刚刚启动的0～6岁儿童社区早期教育服务和指导项目的一项主要内容。

　　由北京市教委立项、北京市教育学会组织实施的这一项目，将面向所有在京0～6岁儿童家庭（包括外来务工人员），开展科学、实用和方便的早期教育服务和指导。

　　鉴于每一个孩子从出生到6岁都要经历312个星期，项目专家组就把孩子成长中家长需要了解的育儿知识，编辑成312封信，在孩子成长的每一周，根据孩子的年龄，以彩信或短信的形式免费发送。这封“伴随成长的每周一信”包括各阶段儿童生长发育指标、儿童营养饮食和方法、儿童日常护理和保健、儿童心智和体能发展的促进办法、成为一名合格家长的必备知识、安全防护知识以及每周一首儿歌、每周一个亲子游戏、每周一个睡前故事等内容。

　　项目组还组织多个领域的专家，共同编写了《0～3岁早期教育指导手册百问百答》和《3～6岁早期教育指导手册百问百答》，免费发放给家长和幼儿园。
