大河网讯 10月15日上午，省高院召开新闻发布会，以白皮书形式向社会公布我省5年来未成年人犯罪审理情况。白皮书显示，在所有未成年人犯罪年龄段中，初中阶段未成年学生犯罪率最高。如何加强对中小学生的法治教育已迫在眉睫。

　　省高院新闻发言人许哲向媒体透露：为预防未成年人犯罪，省高院采取了多种措施。各法院专门成立了少年审判法庭。针对不少未成年被告人是在校学生的现象，各地法院少年法庭在依法判处非监禁刑的同时，都要登门走访辖区学校领导，帮助未成年人犯联系返校复读事宜。据统计，截至2011年底，已有470余名失足青少年在少年审判法官的帮助下重返校园，其中，58人考上大学。
