张振声的父亲张文政今天从台中开车北上，带着妻子和儿子到台湾大学，要求台大承诺负起长期照护责任。

　　13年来照顾儿子使张文政夫妻心力交瘁，身体也每况愈下。张文政说，照顾儿子压力非常大，不但要处理大小便，儿子有痰也不会咳、感觉冷或热也不会说，因此必须时时注意，帮他清痰、添加或更换衣物等，长久下来两人头发花白，身体也出毛病。
